So the big news is that Tom Cruise and whoever have just had a baby daughter whom they have named Suri.

Suri means Rose,Princess, Pickpocket or a type of silk, depending on what language you are using. It also refers to a type of alpaca, a fiber bearing camelid.

So let me get this straight. Tom Cruise, big celebrity and would be scientology God/therapist has named his daughter after a small fuzzy creature that can be trained to halter leading and that spits on other animals and people in its vicinity.

Both Suri alpaca and certain types of buggies have a fringe on top so if his daughter, as she gets older, wears her hair with bangs (aka fringe on the Continent) can we call her a Suri with a fringe on top?
