In between now and mid July we will be:
Cleaning mucking and hewing in preparation for an upcoming move into a new house.
Putting the three cats and the dog into with Dr. Plummer, our Veterinarian, to board for a week.
Flying to Florida to pick up my father-in-law and his dog Beau and driving them back to Houston where he will be living with us .
Starting to get the two dogs acquainted and civilized with each other.
Putting the three cats and the two dogs back into boarding.
Flying with Dad, and our daughter to California to attend the Phd. graduations ( Doctination?) of my oldest son Richard and his fiancee Janie follwed three days later by their wedding. His brother Michael will becoming in with his partner from NYC as well as Janie's family from Korea.
Returning to Houston with Father-in-law and daughter.
Rescuing the animals from the boarding and getting the two dogs reacquainted and civilized with each other .
Closing on the house we are buying.
Continue packing up, mucking and hewing on our rental house to move from it a week after we close .
Moving about 20 miles with Dad, animals, bikes and everything else in our life.
Unpacking, getting settled in, finding new doctors, dentists, bank, and activities for Dad in the neighborhood.
Learning some new rides and bike routes
Starting in at a new gym.
Somehow holding our day to day life together with all that that entails.
And, in short, generally having a gay old time of it

Wow! Had to catch my breath after reading all that! It sounds like you'll have quite a bit to do in the coming few weeks. Congratulations on Richards' PhD, and you're moving to a new house? Super!
